Bellmere Winds Golf & Cottage Resort​

HSN Engineering team worked with our client to design the electrical power distribution system for the trailer and golf resort park at Bellmere Winds. The engineering design was prepared to supply approximately 300 trailer/home units at the resort park. This privately owned and maintained distribution system was engineering based on the Electrical Safety Code. HSN Engineering prepared the engineering drawings and related calculations, such as transformers and loading calculation, voltage drop and cable size calculations, fusing calculations, 3 phase voltage to a pumping station, all in accordance with the electrical safety code. Work included civil design of the trench and padmounted equipment, material specifications and quantities. We worked with our client and Hydro One to prepare the engineering design for the private pole line to bring in the 3 phase 28KV distribution system to the site.

HSN Engineering worked with our client to provide engineering support on the development of several other similar sites.
