Burks Falls Fiber Optic Cable Design

HSN Engineering worked with our utility client to prepare the engineering design necessary for the installation of Fibre Optic Cable to provide a high-speed internet service to the entire town of Burks Falls.

The engineering design work included the attachment of steel stand and Fibre Optic Cables on over 200 utility poles. The engineering design included performing field surveying of the utility poles, pole loading analysis, calculations conductors sag, tension, clearances, and separation. The engineering design was completed within 4 months of receiving our client’s instruction to proceed with the work. Construction permits were issued, and construction was successfully completed thereafter.
