Richardson Land Multi-Phase Residential Subdivision Development

The team at HSN Engineering worked with our utility client to prepare the detailed engineering design for the power distribution system for a residential subdivision.

The project consisted of multi-phase developments and HSN Engineering prepared the overall system planning for the distribution feeders for the overall development. Work included the engineering design of a three-phase loop system, all associated switchgears and termination.

For each phase of the development, HSN Engineering worked with our client, the developer, and their civil consultant to prepare the engineering design of the power distribution system for each phase of the development thus far. Work includes the detailed design of transformers, primary and secondary cables, hydro meters etc. We coordinated the joint trench design and worked with other utilities such as Bell, Rogers, and Enbridge to review their prospective engineering design. We also worked with our client to prepare the offer to connect documents, material takeoff estimates, GIS drawings, joint service package and work order.
